Abstract
The paper presents a conceptual approach to the development of new territories (specifically, the surface of the Moon). The principle of Moon exploration by delivering small objects to its surface, which, using the resources of the environment without reference to supplies from Earth, are transformed into full-fledged working bases that can independently function and adjust their activities, both depending on the surrounding conditions, and on changes in the goals and objectives of the mission from Earth.
