Abstract
The place and role of national ideology in the history of mankind at the world level were considered in detail, the importance of facets that overlap with new levels of modern requirements was studied on the basis of the philosophy of history. The requirements of this past society and the challenges of today to humanity determine the purpose of the difference between the old system and the new system, the vital aspects of the national ideology, national spirituality and political and cultural ties are considered trends in a new modernization at the international level.
