Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the use of nasal spray Nazafort allergy protection in the treatment of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis. The group of patients who used Nazafort in combination with levocetirezine showed a more pronounced and rapid regression of objective and subjective clinical manifestations of the disease compared with the group of patients who received only levocetirizine. The results obtained can be considered as indirect confirmation of the known data on the barrier property of Nazafort in its insufflation in the nasal cavity, which prevents contact of the allergen with the shock organ.
