Abstract

Abstract In situ polymerization techniques had been used for the development of nanoTiO2 based conducting polymer Polyaniline nanocomposite materials. The film was developed with aqueous soluble high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and nano TiO2 for increasing thermal stability and mechanical properties of nanocomposite material. The different weight compositions of nanocomposite (30%-40%) had been used for the fabrication of film with PVA. The film was characterized by dc conductivity between 20 V and 500 V and it was observed that dc conductivity of the film can be regulated between these voltages.
