耐圧殻変形による像歪みの低減を可能とする全球カメラ用球形ハウジングの開発

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between pressure hull and camera lens. In preceding study, monitoring by the full spherical camera is considered usefully because there is not blind spot. Therefore, the authors focused on the following two points in order to use the full spherical camera in underwater, and developed the pressure hull. One is the compatibility between the shape of pressure hull and the camera lens, and the other is the distortion of the image by deformation of the pressure hull.As a result, we judged that the combination of spherical pressure hull and full spherical camera is the most compatible. And, we succeeded in photographing without distortion with a spherical pressure resistant hull.
