Abstract
由于近年来恐怖攻击事件频繁出现，如何优化安全检查机制成为国土安全管理的重要研究议题之一。本文综述了通关安全检查站的优化问题与计算机仿真建模，我们介绍海关通关安检系统运作模式的研究现状，并探索通关安全性与便利性之间的权衡问题。最后，文中还指出了未来几个潜在的研究方向。 Due to the frequent occurrences of terrorist attacks in the recent years, how to optimize the security-check mechanisms has become one of the most important issues for Homeland Security Management. This paper reviews the optimization problems and computer simulation models for managing the security checkpoints. We introduce the existed research works on the operational mechanisms of the Customs’ security screening systems, and explore the trade-off problems between security and convenience of the customs clearance. Finally, several potential research directions in the future are also pointed out in the paper.
