Ankle fracture-dislocations are one of the most common orthopaedic injuries and require anatomical reduction, rigid internal fixation and early joint movement to ensure good results. Patients were classified using both Lauge-Hansen's and Waber's classification systems. Prognostic factors were evaluated in these cases and it was found that type and stage of the fractures, sex and age of the patient, and degree of reduction affected the clinical results
