Abstract
Orthodontics methods,from aligning dentition to orthodontic traction has been widely used in the treatment of periodontal disease.However,the parameters used to evaluate the effects of orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease are not consistent.This article presents a review on this aspect,summarizing the respective periodontal and orthodontic indices.
