金志春教授运用补肾益气和血法治疗免疫性不孕经验举隅

免疫性不孕是目前不孕症范畴的一个重要组成部分，是因生殖系统抗原的自身免疫或同种免疫所导致的，随着临床医疗技术的发展，治疗免疫性不孕的方法逐渐加多，但疗效欠佳，且副作用较大。金志春教授结合临床多年诊治不孕症的经验，认为脾肾亏虚、气血不和是免疫性不孕的关键病因病机，主张孕前采用补肾益气活血法消除免疫性抗体，孕后采用补肾益气养血法助孕安胎，多取得较好临床疗效。 Immunological infertility is an important component of the infertility category, which is the au-toimmunity of the antigen of the genital system or alloimmune cause.
