Abstract

For college students, procrastination has not only become the main factor hindering them to achieve their goals, but also seriously affects their physical and mental health. In recent years, the delay problem of college students has attracted wide attention. Taking college students as the subjects, the mechanism of the high standard dimension of perfection (high standard of self, high standard of others and high social standard) and adaptive dimension (emotional adaptability and cognitive adaptability) on procrastination behavior. Among the predictive factors, the adaptive dimension of perfectionism is significant, and the direction is positive, and the cognitive behavior adaptability also has a significant predictive effect, but the direction is negative. On the other hand, the high standard dimension has relatively less prediction effect, neither self-perfection nor others' perfection; social perfection has significant prediction effect and negative direction.
