Abstract

In recent years, with the expansion of university enrollments, there has been a continuous increase in the number of students. The traditional models of undergraduate training and student management in universities are now confronting various challenges. Academies have emerged as a novel educational management model, and several Chinese universities have gradually integrated academies into their systems. The implementation of the academy system poses not only a challenge for counselors but also offers new opportunities for professional development. Therefore, addressing how to conduct ideological and political work effectively under the academy system has become an urgent issue warranting further investigation.
