Abstract
This report deals with a derivation of buckling load for plate buckling analysis and an experiment of thermal buckling temperature difference. Formulae to calculate the plate buckling load under several support conditions are derived. Formulae to calculate the thermal buckling temperature difference are also derived. Finally, an experimental result of thermal buckling of a plate under a condition, that upper and lower ends are simply supported and left and right ends are free, is demonstrated.
