Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout, presenteeism, and turnover intention of MZ generation sports coaches. Data from 430 MZ generation sports leaders working at a sports center were used, and the research results were derived using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs, and based on the research results, the following conclusions were obtained. First, in the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout of MZ generation sports coaches, internal and surface behaviors had a statistically significant effect on job burnout. Second, in the relationship between emotional labor and presenteeism of MZ generation sports coaches, inner behavior had a statistically significant effect on presenteeism, while surface behavior did not have a statistically significant effect on presenteeism. Third, in the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention of MZ generation sports coaches, inner behavior did not have a statistically significant effect on turnover intention, while surface behavior had a statistically significant effect on turnover intention. Fourth, it had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between burnout and presenteeism of MZ generation sports coaches. Fifth, there was no statistically significant effect on the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of MZ generation sports coaches. Sixth, there was a statistically significant effect on the relationship between presenteeism and turnover intention of MZ generation sports coaches.
