Abstract
ALTHOUGH our results1–3 agree with those of Lowey and Risby4,5 concerning the number of light chain types and their differences in white (fast twitch), cardiac and avian tonic (lat. dorsi ant.) muscle6, there is a discrepancy with respect to rabbit red (slow twitch) muscles. But the difficulty can be resolved with reference to our previous work.
