My Viewpoints on the Construction of China’s Petroleum Enterprise Culture

Abstract

This article analyzes the current phenomena of enterprise culture construction, and it points out the existing shortcomings as well as its reasons. In consideration of the current condition of petroleum enterprise, it puts forward several suggestions. This article also has an important reference value to the current efficient construction of petroleum enterprise culture As is known to us all, oil is one of the most important energy at present, and the petroleum enterprise has a pivotal position in our country's economic field. Enterprise culture research is booming now, but its theoretical summary is still very weak. Although there have been many papers study on the petroleum enterprise culture, the research has still found some worried phenomena, such as, the overall number is less , the study is insufficient, and the contemporary condition of petroleum enterprise culture is not good enough. This article aims to find out proper ways to promote the construction of petroleum enterprise culture.
