Abstract
An institution of higher education is definitely aimed scored the generation that can be expected to continue the struggle from the before generations, especially in education development. Many kinds and many fields of science ranging from diploma, bachelor, until postgraduate, everything was expected to give birth to the experts and scientists who are able to contribute to the development of education in the entire country. As has been championed by the graduate program STKIP Garut, which through a concentration in Instructional Technology was not felt already almost 7 years passed and has graduated about 300 graduates of the Master who excel in the field of science. In search studies, graduates have obtained a description that graduates Instructional Technology Program postgraduate STKIP Garut reliable enough in addressing the challenges and problems of education and learning, especially in places where they served. Given that almost 80% of the graduates of teachers and education personnel who have status as a teacher either in SD / MI, SMP / MTS, SMA / MA, and SMK even from Higher Education, and the Department of Government and private sectors.
