Abstract
MIS-C is a rare complication after COVID-19 infection that manifests with multi-system involvement. This case report presents a 7-year-old girl with MIS-C with involvement of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and gastrointestinal systems. The patient was treated with intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) and glucocorticoids, resulting in recovery and hospital discharge after two weeks. Keywords: MIS-C; COVID-19; hepatitis; case report.
