Abstract
Four-, five- and six-body systems are considered as the bridge between particle and nuclear physics. A nuclear physics approach based on an updated Sakharov-Zeldovich model is used to investigate multiquark states. The H dibaryon and a new anticharmed strange baryon are discussed in detail as well as several four-quark states for whichn preliminary experimental evidence has been reported.
