Abstract

Efficient and safe distribution network is crucial to the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on current distribution status of the Measurement Center of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company, this paper aims to build a multi-product distribution route optimization model with the minimum total cost and maximum vehicle loading rate for different distribution demand characteristics. The model is solved and applied by CPLEX software and verified with actual data. The model can not only meet the existing requirements for distribution services, but also provide a solution on scheduling program for distribution vehicles in case of urgent demands. Our conclusions will help firms to save costs, improve distribution efficiency and meet the customer satisfaction’s requirements.
