Abstract
Safe and accurate operation of electric energy metering device is crucial to the fairness of the electric power transaction and the safety of customers' electricity consumption. Abnormal wiring terminals are one of the main reasons for the failure of the electric energy metering device. Therefore, it is necessary to check the status of the wiring terminals of the operating electric energy metering device.In view of the current artificial mode electric energy metering device wiring terminal screen low speed, low accuracy and high security risk, and the abnormal electric energy metering device discovery, screening and management difficult problems, this paper puts forward a kind of electric energy metering device based on the deep learning terminals running abnormal intelligent screening technology,By abnormal construction of the library and image enhancement, than recognition step, quick and comprehensive implementation of wrong wiring terminals, such as nonstandard connections are not reliable, installation of abnormal intelligence screening and rapid diagnosis, significantly increased the site tour and safety inspections of work efficiency and quality, guarantee the safe and stable operation of electric energy metering device.
