Abstract
A case of multiple myeloma with isolated visceral involvement of the epicardium associated with pericardial effusion and tamponade is reported. No similar cases are found in the literature. The pathogenesis of multiple myeloma in general and isolated visceral involvement in particular, remains obscure.
