Abstract

The tight focusing investigation on spirally polarized axisymmetric Bessel-modulated Gaussian beam is studied based on vector diffraction theory is presented numerically. The optical intensity distribution of tightly focused through the high NA lens in the focal region is presented numerically for various beam parameter µ and spiral parameter C. It is observed that different focal structure is developed in the focal region which finds useful application in the wider range. The focal structure generated in the focal field has wide practical applications like optical scanning microscopy, optical tweezers, optical trapping, etc., the generated multiple focal structure will have useful application.
