Abstract

High penetration of renewable distributed generation will bring great challenges to the security and stability of distribution network. Active distribution network reconfiguration technology and the application of soft open point are effective means to improve the reliability and economy of power system operation. This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization model of distribution network reconfiguration considering soft open point based on NSGA-II. The pareto front is generated by minimizing line loss and voltage offset of distribution network as two objective functions so that the decision-maker(DM) can obtain more feasible operation schemes and select the appropriate operation strategy for the distribution network. Finally, an example of IEEE 33 bus system is given to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
