Abstract
In this paper, a new design concept of large deviation angle using multilayer dielectric grating (MDG) is proposed, which ensure MDG can provide high-efficiency at large using angle. And a MDG, which is worked under deviation angle over 40° condition and with diffraction efficiency near to 100% at incidence angle and corresponding diffraction angle, is designed using simulated annealing (SA) algorithm and Fourier mode method (FMM). The spectral band with efficiency >99% is over 8nm wavelength centered 1053nm for TE-polarization light.
