Abstract

The current employment situation is relatively negative, compared to that in the last years. In order to improve the employment quality for graduates, the employment competitiveness of graduates should be reassessed, and effective job guidance for college graduates should be provided. In this paper, an evaluation system of college graduates' employment competitiveness based on the APM model of human resources is constructed, and the multi-grained rough set technique is used to evaluate the competitiveness of college graduates. Compared with traditional methods, this method can evaluate employment competitiveness of graduates more comprehensively, and thus provide accurate job guidance for companies or graduates, and has certain practical value.
