Abstract
In this study, the construction was to bring a new system and protection of underground and surface water, natural gas, watering, electricity cables and phone lines on roads and streets. The study was used to place a prestressed prefabricated plate with a cross-section in a 30o angle on a reinforced concrete structure. After the researches which have been carried out, it has been found out that such a system was useable, could achieve the desired target, would be more echonomic with referenced to conventional system compared to liftime but needs more detailed researches for prestressed prefabricated elemental production.
