Abstract
Abstract MUELLER Alloy 4851 is a free-machining brass for forgings. It has a good combination of mechanical properties and is used for light-duty bearings. It has good resistance to corrosion in a number of environments, especially marine atmospheres and seawater. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
