Abstract

An atypical case of a down lip lesion with an approximately 4cm diameter was described by these authors. The lesion, having a six months evolution, was associated with a bite trauma in a fifteen years old teenager. It was clinically diagnosticated as a mucocele and after surgical remotion, the diagnosis was confirmed within the anatomy-pathological test.
