Abstract

In the teacher training, whether training according to any models and methods, the pedagogical skill subjects are very important. Pedagogical training makes the teacher successful. Without pedagogical skills, teachers cannot practice skillfully and effectively. Therefore, teaching and learning pedagogical training subjects is considered as the specific and core feature of teacher training. On the basis of practical learning, analyzing the inadequacies and limitations in teaching and learning pedagogical training from the training program to the competencies of lectures and other factors such as: content, teaching methods; organization of practice, internship in high school; inspection and evaluation; facilities in education universities, our article focuses on proposing solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning pedagogical training subjects in teacher training.
