Abstract
With the research methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization of the problem, the article has proposed measures to develop History and Geography capacity for 4th-grade students. Proposals are: Using a variety of teaching methods, using methods appropriate to thinking levels, effectively using geography teaching aids, and using appropriate methods according to the content flow... Those measures will help 4th-grade students develop the most basic History and Geography skills and are the foundation for good development of History and Geography skills in the upper grades.
