Abstract

Correlation between nanocrystalline structure and magnetic parameters of Fe 76 Mo 8 Cu 1 B 15 NANOPERM-type alloy are followed by 57Fe Mössbauer and positron lifetime spectrometry. The investigated samples featuring varying amounts of nanograins were prepared by controlled annealing of originally amorphous precursors. Effects of structural arrangement on magnetic microstructure were followed at atomic level as a function of annealing temperature, measuring temperature, and time of annealing at a given temperature.
