Abstract
Symptomatic urolithiasis is a common condition observed by urologists in an emergency sitting. Presence of spasm, edema and infection hinders spontaneous passage of ureteral stone. We evaluated the role of tamsulosin for conservative expulsive therapy in patients with pre-vesical ureteral calculi.
