Abstract

A mechanism for generating dynamical fixed cuts in the angular-momentum plane, based on moving CDD poles, is proposed. In particular, the splitting of Regge poles coupled to the ππ system is studied. Implications on low-energy scattering and on high-energy phenomenology are discussed.
