Abstract
The aim of these studies is to analyze, comported the function of the stories and the novels of Ismail Kadare’s. The author is one of the best Albanian writers. In his creative writing it’s possible to find in the same books the different function of the meaning as a story or the novel. Ismail Kadare is one of the writers by his creations the possible to find often, stories and novels. Studying the overall creativity stories, novels of Ismail Kadare was, is and will be an honour for any resear-cher, like me, who or which has had the chance to enrich the knowledge of this author, and in particular the study of the literary genre of stories, novels, poetry and other genres created by him. The stories are rich with various themes and studying enough interest. During the study, analy-sis, comparison and research stories of Ismail Kadare’s have proven their weight and importance in general and in particular the stories created and published by Ismail Kadare. The story is one of the literary genres that have had a wide and simultaneously a great importance to literature in general and in particular for the Albanian literature, which is evidenced by the authors of local and international that is a genre of great interest to enrich and literature developed. Stories have served as one of the main weapons in different periods of the Albanian people. They were built also created by other genres of written and oral.
