On the basis of the results obtained, 12 categories of importance of motives present in the life of the rescuer were proposed. After identifying the categories, a scheme of motives for the meaning of work in the life of the rescuer was proposed, which distinguishes six basic motives of the significance of the work of a lifeguard.
