Abstract

The pandemic is a blow to all mankind, everything changes from lifestyles to learning models. Learning physical education sports and health is one of the materials that is usually done outdoors but with the pandemic, teachers are required to further develop learning through various kinds of networks available. This study aims to determine the learning motivation of junior high school students in PJOK distance learning during the COVID-19 accordance with the predetermined targets, teaching and learning activities need to be arranged in a good program. Qualitative descriptive research is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively intended to get a picture or analyze the motivation of junior high school students in PJOK distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of research on student learning motivation online, the average percentage of student learning motivation is 64% and the supporting factors during the COVID-19 pandemic are 60%, including the lack category. Distance learning currently implemented by the government related to the COVID-19 virus cannot be said to be successful, considering that the results of research in the north bekasi sub-district resulted in a percentage value that each fell into the category of less.
