Abstract
The article provides information that the subserous introduction of thiotriazoline creates conditions for the normal flow of regenerative processes in the anastomosis zone under conditions of chronic stress, providing antitussive and antiinflammatory action with the activation of the macrophage reaction and myofibroblasts, reducing hyperplastic and reactive and inflammatory changes, Stabilization of intracellular secretion of sialo- and sulfomutcinin in the mucous membrane of the colon, contributed to the unbreakable healing and epithelization in most of the experimental animals. The most effective indicators and noticeable effect were established at the early stages of the application of the drug.
