Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop a system for monitoring the results of the formation of universal and professional competencies of healthcare managers when studying at additional professional education courses. The objectives of the study included defining the stages of monitoring, developing a fund of assessment tools, criteria and assessment indicators for the competencies specified in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FSES HE), implementing and testing the effectiveness of monitoring in the cycles of professional retraining of healthcare managers. The developed and implemented monitoring system has proved its effectiveness. The result of its application is obtaining the most accurate, objective and timely information about the level of development of universal and professional competencies of healthcare organizers in the process of training in professional retraining cycles. In the course of monitoring, reliable results were obtained to improve the level of competencies of healthcare managers related to organizational and managerial activities.
