Abstract
The presented study is devoted to assessing the reliability, stability, safety and efficiency of the electric power complex. As part of the work, an analysis was made of the state of the facilities of the electric power complex in the autumn-winter period, which showed that there was a decrease in the number of accidents and equipment outages, but the qualitative characteristics did not change, but rather worsened. In the work, a system for monitoring the reliability and efficiency of the electric power complex was proposed, which should include the identification of factors affecting power facilities, as well as providing a search for measures to prevent disruption of the work of electric power facilities. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn from the results of the work.
