Abstract

MONGOLIA IS DRAWING more closely together with its firm ally the USSR and the other countries of the socialist community, according to Yumjaagiyn Tsedenbal, First Secretary of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) Central Committee, and Chairman of the Presidium of the People's Great Hural (President) of the Mongolian People's Republic. This process of drawing together is taking place in the political, cultural and ideological spheres, as well as in the economic field, he has said. It involves the further expansion of direct ties between government departments, ministries and individual industrial and agricultural enterprises of the two countries.
