Abstract
Low magnetic field modulated radio frequency absorption at 21 GHz and 80 MHz on ceramic YBa 2Cu 3O 7−x and Bi 2(PbSr) 2Ca 2Cu 3O 10+x at 77 K is reported. Differences in the frequency dependence of the hysteretic effects in the modulated absorption for both Y- and Bi-compounds are discussed. The results are interpreted in terms of an effective reduction of the depinning frequency due to the critical state magnetization current modulation at the sample surface, taking into account the granular nature of the ceramics.
