Abstract

The development of smart devices requires matching energy units, so the research on micro-energy has attracted attention. The all solid-state thin film lithium battery is a better smart energy unit, which not only improves the safety of the lithium battery, but also improves the energy density and cycle performance of lithium battery. All solid-state thin film lithium batteries can adopt the physical deposition technique and is compatible with MEMS technology, which is favorable for the preparation of the self-powered smart device. The solid interface is a key issue that limits the performance of all solid-state thin film lithium batteries. This paper reviews a brief research on modification of solid interface in all solid-state thin film lithium batteries.
