Abstract
The 21st Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has outlined a grandiose program of all-round development of the country's productive forces, the realization Jf which will be a decisive step in the creation of the basis for communism in material technology, and in the fulfillment of the basic economic task of the USSR. A fundamental problem in the forthcoming seven-year plan is acceleration of the development of the national economy on the road to communism, and a maximum gain in time in the peaceful economic competition between socialism and capitalism.
