Russian Abstract: Статья посвящена вопросам мотивации работников государственной службы. Рассмотрены методы управления и виды мотивации в системе государственной службы. Характеризуется современное состояние мотивации и стимулирования труда государственных служащих в России и возможные пути совершенствования механизма мотивации труда государственных служащих. English Abstract: Article is devoted to questions of motivation of civil officers. Methods of management and types of motivation in system of public service are considered. The current state of motivation and work incentives of civil officers in Russia and possible ways of improvement of the mechanism of motivation of work of civil officers is characterized.
