Abstract
The concept of house in our minds is usually fundamental, but in today's ever-changing world, things like mobility, time, flexibility, the ability to change – permeate all aspects of our lives and are already directly related to such a sustainable, capital concept as housing. One of the best solutions that meets the demands of the modern world is mobile houses. The popularity of mobile houses in the leading Western countries, the variety of their architectural, planning, interior solutions, gives reason to study this relatively new direction for Ukrainian construction in more details. Especially against the background of the growth of innovative technologies in construction, mobile housing is gaining more and more opportunities for development. The formation, development and use of a progressive modern information space makes it an urgent task to create the best conditions for solving the problem of sustainable development of the urban environment. One of the areas of practical implementation is the creation of mobile housing. Initially, mobile houses become one of the types of prefabricated houses, made in the factory. Modules vary in size and complexity from entire apartments to individual rooms.The term «module» in this context does not refer to individual elements, such as individual walls, doors or windows; rather, the term refers to enclosed living quarters. Nowadays, the concept of «mobility» is penetrating more and more into our daily lives. This happens regardless of the scope of this concept. This is the connection, this is the transport dependence of man and the economy as a whole, and this is just a sphere of livelihood. Mobile housing (for temporary stay) has gone through its development from the simplest collapsible forms to modern conceptual projects of space settlements. Mobile housing has become an integral part of the global resettlement system. The scheme of evolution of mobile housing development shows only the basic ways of its development. This evolution clearly speaks to the grandeur of such a phenomenon as mobile housing. In the course of its development, the concept of mobility has absorbed not only the possibility of moving housing, but also its transformation, as well as the means of transportation of such housing and its adaptation.
