Abstract

This article presents the comparative characteristics of modern methods of HR motivation at Hotel Business. The stages of effective HR Policy at Hotel Business were proposed. One of the major problems which occur hospitality - a lack of qualified staff and not only top management but also line managers and employees. As the hospitality industry experts, even well trained staff often not sufficiently motivated, threatening the loss of valuable employees. So urgent questions remain as to keep workers on training which the company has already spent enough money, resources and time. There is need for scientifically grounded approach to the problem of quality control services businesses hotel industry, need to deepen research issues regarding the formation of scientific views, including the view of methodological approaches to quality management personnel, in view of the objectives and criteria of quality control hotel services. The quality of the staff certainly depends on his motivation and interest in the work.Thus, the study determined that for Ukrainian hotel market characteristic is the combination of a mixed model of incentives that has a number of problems related to insufficient staff motivation, which can be overcome only by the effective combination of material and non-material incentives-based development and training. The practical significance of the results is the proposed phased formation of effective personnel policies
