Abstract
AbstractWhile analyzing the operation of hydro transport complexes, the data on the working time losses in real working conditions have been collected. The logical and mathematical processing of the statistical information has been performed. The parameters of working time losses of complexes caused by: dredger failure; lack of electric power; dredger moving; anchor relaying; professional repair; other reasons; work on the map; work on the main slurry pipeline; work on the floating slurry pipeline; repair of auxiliary equipment; dredger technical maintenance; dredger cleaning. There was built a model of the factor of using complexes according to time depending on the loss of working time of complexes caused by: dredger malfunction; lack of electric power; dredger moving; anchor relaying; professional repair; other reasons; work on the map; work on the main pipeline; work on the floating slurry pipeline; repair of auxiliary equipment; dredger technical maintenance; dredger cleaning. This model allows estimating the significance of performance indicators of complexes, sets and separate machines under any operating conditions. It will allow forecasting the duration and cost of production at the design stage. More precise definition of working time under real conditions will allow planning rhythmical work of machines with a better reasonability and decreasing operation cost of machines. With the help of working time loss models, a method for assessing technical and economic indicators of operation of systems, complexes, sets, individual machines and devices is proposed.KeywordsDredgersDatabaseWorking time lossesModelsConfidence intervals
