Abstract

The objective of the research is to obtain the maximum temperature in the boiler work space and calculate the efficiency of a simple type of waste treatment system. The modelling using several secondary data is the method in this study. Researchers are using impact wrench, where the tool works based on pressure. Boiler pressure is 8 × 105 N/m2, volume 0.05 m3 while the volume of impact is 7.1 × 10−4 m3. The temperature first 0°C will increase to temperatures in the search. Exterior expansion work is 4.17 × 104 J. The temperatures of fluid for mass 50 g is 396°C. The Specification of impact i.e. pressure 6 × 105 N/m2, velocity 7000 rpm and torque of 500 Nm. The grow up for speed then created increasing of EMF induction (ε) and electric current. The trash of mass 10 kg and calorific value of 2500 kcal/kg then its power is 6 × 106 W for 1 second 1 hour and 10 hours. For the first second, heat of the waste with a mass 5 kg is 1.25 × 107 J and yields 32 % of efficiencies. The waste with a mass of 10 kg is 2.5 × 107 J and efficiency of 16 %, decreasing forming the curves which looks like an exponential function until the second at 1.155 where the calorie is 1.08 × 107 J (efficiencies 3.5 %) and (efficiencies 1.75 %). The waste with a mass of 5 kg have greater efficiency compared to 10 kg but decreased significantly.
