Abstract
In this work a discharge model for the symmetrical double-sided, double-polarity, LC inversion, high-pressure (SDLC) laser discharge is reported. The model is compared with the experimental circuit. Also a new design which couples two different SDLC discharges driven by a single spark-gap is built up and experimentally compared with an extended discharge model. This new circuit design allows one to drive two different lasers, with a controllable no-jitter delay.
