Abstract

The JSAR (Joint Search And Rescue) is often operated under the complex environment, and the automatic planning capability of the JSAR mission is one of the key points of mission success. The decision based on the mental attribution can improve the decision capability under uncertain, complex rescue environment. In this paper, the composition of organization of the JSAR team is presented according to the requirements of the JSAR mission, firstly; and then the mental attribution of the JSAR team are modeled according to the information, motivation and the capability, which include the Rescue belief, Mission goal and the operating plan; finally, the dynamic attributes of the JSAR team mental states, such as the Rescue belief revision, mission combat goal and operating plan updating etc., in the light of the rescue mission, situation and the capability, etc.
